Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Dreamlusive account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly within the app:
In-App Deletion:
- Open the app and go to Backup & Restore
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your Firebase account and authentication data
- Any backed up data in our cloud services
- Server-side usage data and analytics tied to your account
Local Data
Please note that dream data stored locally on your device will remain until you manually delete it by:
- Uninstalling the app, or
- Using the in-app data clearing options
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed immediately when initiated from within the app.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all premium features and subscriptions
- Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play or Apple App Store separately
- After deletion, you can create a new account, but previous data cannot be recovered
